Q1. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q4. What is Pre-Order?
Pre Order is for products that is temporary sold out that we need for stocks to be arrived in next shipment or items that is custom made/ordered. Pre Order items will take about 10-14 working days for delivery. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Q5. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q6. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box. 2. Click Submit. 3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q7. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on order status, payment have not been made.
Please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
Orders that are in shipping or shipped or pay will not be cancel.
Q8.What if my ordered item is out of stock?
You can choose to :-
Change the other price of goods/product , pay different OR
We will help you to keep your credit for the next time purchase.
Q9. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency for customers in Malaysia will be done in RM, while overseas transaction will be in USD or currency of respective countries.
Q10. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 1 to 3 working days. Pre Order will take 10-14 working days. Certain items, which is specified as delivery within 3-7 working days will be sent within the mentioned, 3-7 working days period.
Q11. How to track my shipment?
After we send the parcel we will provide you a parcel number,you can track your parcel shipment status by yourself using the POSLAJU website.
Q12. What if my parcel is damage or loss?
We are not responsible for any damage or loss while mail in the process.
